2. About the Platform

KHT Market is an online marketplace for buying and selling handmade hobby horses. We connect sellers (creators) with buyers across Europe. KHT Market does not manufacture, sell, or ship any products directly.

3. User Accounts

To list or purchase items, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Listings & Sales

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and shipping information.
• KHT Market charges 0% commission on sales.
• Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. KHT Market is not a party to any transaction.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding product safety and consumer rights in their country.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list items that are:

• Not hobby horses or related accessories
• Counterfeit or misrepresented
• Illegal in the country of sale or purchase
• Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

6. Messaging

The messaging system is provided for communication between buyers and sellers regarding listings. Spam, harassment, or sharing of inappropriate content through messages is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading photos and content to KHT Market, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on the Platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

KHT Market is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality, shipping issues, or any damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
